CrossFit methodology believes that you should be prepared for any challenge that life may throw at you, that is, for the "unknown and the unknowable"! Most fitness regimes fail to do this. Our CrossFit training prepares one for the unknown and unknowable by offering a broadly inclusive program which is tailored and scaled to meet the individual needs of each and every person training under our guidance. This means we can help you achieve new heights of fitness regardless of whether you play a sport as a novice or a professional athlete, or even if you just want to keep up with your kids!


CrossFit is an evidence based exercise program consisting of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. CrossFit acknowledges the fact that the needs of the an Olympic athlete through to the man on the street, and even the elderly differ by degree and not kind! Our training leads to increased Physical Work Capacity over broad time and modal domains. CrossFit prides itself in its effectiveness and community based training encouraging comaraderie, friendly competition and accountability.

CrossFit is "The Sport of Fitness". It re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training, fostering the mindset of excellence and virtuosity. CrossFit delivers results! It’s top athletes prove this each year at the annual CrossFit Games where athletes participate in task/events that challenge all 10 fitness domains.

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".
